After meeting countless small business owners who were often confused with the finance side of things, The Small Business Accounting Solution was launched to serve their needs. Founder Nicole Odeh loved taxes and had been a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor for many years and wanted to put her love and knowledge to work doing something she was passionate about. Add a few friends and former co-workers and you've got the makings of great team.

Nicole Odeh, EA

Nicole started TSBAS as a small side business, back in 2007. With a degree in Psychology and another in Accounting, she had a passion to help other business owners understand their numbers, being in the unique position to help clients look at their past, understand their present, and plan for their future.  After 10 years in the corporate finance and payroll world, Nicole took the part-time business full-time and has not looked back! 

As an Enrolled Agent, Nicole can also represent her clients before the IRS.

When not crunching numbers and deciphering IRS letters, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She is an avid reader of most anything fiction, and enjoys a good meal with good friends.

Josh Bousquet

Josh has been with TSBAS since 2014. He specializes in much of the behind-the-scenes work, with a passion for ensuring that our clients will have quick answers to any questions they have. He came to the team after spending almost 15 years in sports journalism, so be sure to check out many of his blog posts on our site.

​One of the things Josh enjoyed most about that transition was an increased feeling of autonomy over his work instead of serving a large corporation. He carries that feeling into helping small business owners and entrepreneurs capture the same sense of freedom.
​Outside of work, he is married with two kids and can often be found with a book, paddle or walking stick in his hand

Danielle Civitella

Danielle joined the TSBAS team in 2020 and specializes in marketing and administrative support. With a background in finance, communication and management she's always happy to jump in and get the job done. ​Most days Danielle can be found with her husband cheering for her two sons from the sidelines of the football field, basketball court or track.

Lisa Mata

​Lisa has been an Enrolled Agent since 2018 and joined TSBAS in 2023. She has always loved numbers and all topics in finance and business. She is often found researching tax issues and enjoys working with small business owners and landlords.  

When she’s not working, Lisa likes to travel with her husband and spend time with her grandkids. She also known for making a great loaf of bread.

Amanda Galeone

Amanda started at TSBAS in early 2021 providing part-time data-entry support to the TSBAS Team. She enjoys her work here as it offers a nice balance between her personal and business life. She also works full-time supporting the sales team for a high-technology engineering company, which is also a small business.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Immaculata University with a Bachelor of Arts in organization dynamics (yes, that’s a thing) and human performance management (yep, also a thing).
Before her baby and COVID hit like two cyclones, Amanda enjoyed the travel aspect of her last job, which sent her to places like the UK, India, Guatemala, and Mexico. Now she gleefully enjoys ​a quiet-ish life in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, spending most of her non-work time watching her son play soccer, baking with her daughter, or strolling around the neighborhood parks with the increasingly loquacious ​baby.
